Welcome to Artchive! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Artchive application (the "App"), and any services offered through the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• Account Registration: You may need to register an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Subscription Fees: Access to the App may require payment of a subscription fee. Details of the subscription plans and fees will be provided within the App.

• Your License to Us: By uploading content to the App, you grant Artchive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and perform your content to the extent necessary to provide the services within the app. Your content is not shared nor visible to others.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Artchive makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included on the App.

In no event shall Artchive, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App or services.
